5 Pieces of Beef How Many Carbs
We start with the best whole-muscle beef specially made for Dublin Jerky, add the highest quality spices, and smoke it to perfection. Our beef jerky is known for being a little more on the tender side. Our beef jerky is also extremely lean. There is not a shred of fat on it. This ultimately gives you a veryhealthy snack. We find ourselves saying this a lot, "It's the tri-fector of foods…low fat, low carbs, high protein."
We currently have 20 varieties of beef jerky. They range from mild, to sweet, to hot, to insanely hot. Next to each variety, you'll find a short description, how they rank in heat (1-10), sweetness, popularity, and even a little history for some varieties.

Jerky Chew
When we hang our jerky, there are always some small pieces that we grind up and make into our "jerky chew." It is a combination of all our jerky varieties, but the majority is beef. The uses are endless for this. Put it on a salad, add it to chili, mashed potatoes, or even scrambled eggs. We've even heard of people using it for a coating for fried pork chops. But what really takes the cake, we had a customer add it to cream cheese and made fried wontons.
Original Cowboy Jerky
As we are known for having more of a "tender" jerky, this particular variety is more dry. We slice the jerky meat into larger thinner pieces and smoke it with hickory wood. We use our most popular seasoning...Original. Also, No MSG!
